Due to the food-grade nature of our crafting ingredients, we cannot accept returned products for health and safety compliance reasons. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of all products for every customer.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind every kit we ship. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we'll make it right:
We'll send a replacement kit at no charge if:
- Ingredients are missing, expired, or contaminated
- Materials arrive broken or unusable
- Instructions are missing or illegible
- Packaging damage affects the kit contents
Reporting Issues
If you receive a defective kit:
- Email us at hello@bramblekids.com within 30 days of delivery

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective items
- Description of the specific issue
- We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps
- Replacement ships within 1-2 business days
- Keep the defective items - no need to return them
What We Cannot Replace
- Kits purchased as final sale or clearance items
- Damage caused by misuse or not following instructions
- Personal preference or change of mind
- Normal wear of reusable tools after extended use
Damaged Packages
Package Arrives Damaged
If your package arrives with visible damage:
- Take photos of the package exterior before opening
- Open carefully and document any damaged contents
- Contact us immediately at hello@bramblekids.com
- Include photos of both packaging and contents
- Keep all materials until we respond
We'll send a replacement right away and handle any shipping carrier claims.
Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors, family members, or building management
- Look around your delivery area (porches, garages, side doors)
- Wait 24 hours - sometimes packages are marked delivered early
- Contact us if you still can't locate your package
We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
